Delete Your Account

You can delete your UnisealCR account and all data associated with it at any time — from inside the App, or with a simple request from this page. No app required.

Delete From Inside the App

Open the App and go to Settings → Account → Delete my account and data. Deletion removes your synced content (personal profile, health measurements, scan history, reminders, chats) and your sign-in record. This cannot be undone.

If you do not see this option yet, update the App to the latest version — or use the request form below, which works without the App installed.

Request Deletion by E-mail

Send an e-mail from the address you signed in with — or state your account e-mail in the message — and we will delete the account and its data within 30 days, with a confirmation to your address.

What Is Deleted, What May Remain

Deleted: your account record, synced app content (profile, health data, scans, reminders, chats) and voice/AI conversation history held on our systems.
May remain: memorial-board entries you published for the deceased — tell us in your request if you want those removed too; anonymous statistics that identify no one; and records we must keep by law, for the legally required period only.
